140 $0.00 There is a reason why it is taking so long. The problem is that all pre 2002 cases are affected by class action lawsuit and settlement. Please take a look at this:http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/mandamus/agreement-final.html'...All applications submitted in 2000 will receive selection decisions within 24 months of final settlement, regardless of visa office; All applications submitted in 2001 will receive selection decisions within 42 months of final settlement...'Court ordered CIC not to refuse affected applications (filed before 2002) until lawsuit is decided or settled, which means they won't mail anything to those who's applications are already rejected or ready to be rejected before April 2005, and their status will still be IP.评论

It doesn't mean you are/will be rejected. CIC continues processing of those applications and is mailing passport requests to approved applicants, but doesn't mail anything to those who's applications are already rejected or ready to be rejected.It only means that it takes a long time for these cases either approved or rejected.
