转自001论坛新移民登陆的报关表的填写（转载） 新移民登陆的报关表的填写 Personal effects accounting document 表格1：form B4A 个人物品清单（列出携带进入的物品）Personal effects accounting document (list of good imported) 你准备携带入关的物品应该分别列在物品清单中，包括你将来要带进的物品。 Goods imported with you at the time of accounting should be listed separately from goods which are to follow at the later date. 入关人员姓名：importer’s name 此处填写本人姓名，按照护照的名字填写 物品的描述（如果有需要请写明数量）， 物品价值 (加元) Description of goods (include serial number if applicable) and value for duty（CAD） 26项 此处填写客户准备携带入关的物品。不需要写的太详细，关于携带和后运的物品参见站内相关题目。药品不要太多，分散在每个箱子里。填写例子如下： 1. used clothing 2. used shoes 3. frequently used medicine 4. cooking ware 5. bed-ware 6. personal jewelry 7. other daily used-articles such as umbrella, clock, towels and so on. 填写价值时不要写的太多，第一次入关时携带物品是免税的。 签名: signature 填写本人签名 表格2： 入关人员姓名：importer’s name 同表格1相同 入关后的地址：importer’s address 注意这个地址请尽量填写仔细，要与申请枫叶卡的邮寄地址一致。如果你还不知道你要住在哪里，可以填写你朋友或亲戚的地址（可以填写另外城市的地址）。 入关人员的原来居住国： Country of Origin 填写China 入关人员离开的国家：Country of export 填写China 物品的描述及物品价值：Description of goods (include serial numbers if applicable) 8项 如果在表格1里已经全部填写了，这项可以空着。 物品中包含的运输工具（汽车，轮船，飞机等的配件）Conveyances (model, serial number of vehicle, vessel, aircraft or trailer) 这部分填写N/A 种类：Classification type 1． 以前的居住者 former resident 2． 受益人 beneficiary 3． 周期性的居住者seasonal resident 4． 长期居住者：我是第一次进入加拿大定居，我到达加拿大的时间是： Settler: I am entering Canada with the intention of establishing, for the first time. I arrived in Canada on 新移民统一填写第四项也就是在Settler那项划叉。然后在画横线处填上飞机的抵达日期即可。
