请帮帮忙啊，我的朋友计划11月登陆温哥华，他国内有大客车牌照，想到温哥华考大客车，请问如何最快完成，步骤如何？有好的教练介绍吗？

Please be aware that ICBC is very, very suspicious with any document from China, so most likely ICBC will disapprove itC) If ICBC says OK, you friends must write an air-brake test and a Class-2 knowledge test, all in EnglishD) If your friend's lucky enough to pass the written test, ICBC will issue him a Learner's permit, so he can start road training at a training facility. E) However, the trickiest part is that most schools do NOT have a Class-2(for Highway Coach) training course. They will recommend him to get a Class-1, which also allows him to drive a bus but he must get trained on a semiF) After he passes the road test which consists of two parts, Pre-trip(He must be capable of speaking fluent English) and Driving, He must pass the physical exam required by Motor Vehicle Superintendent for him to get the licenseG) How do I know? Because I've been through all these shit. As far as know, only residents in Shanghai are able to get driver's abstracts from the police but ICBC still doesn't like it

超赞 赏 castro 0$(VIP 0) 4,6902009-09-22#4 回复: 如何得到大客车车牌Thank you 处罚单有鸟用，ICBC要得就是他驾驶记录清白，你还主动说违章过？ICBC要求的是一份类似ICBC Driver's Abstract格式的驾驶纪录证明，证明在过去3年中没有违章扣分，和与机动车相关的犯罪记录要有警察机构的公章，电话，等等可供核实的信息我敢99%打保票，中国警方根本没有这项服务，所以开不出来这种证明注意，保险公司的证明无效，因为在中国，保险公司不像ICBC负责发放驾照和审查驾驶纪录唯一类似的证明，只有上海一个地方有，要去闽行交警总队一个叫"市局"的办公室开，免费，但只提供给上海户口，因为开出的证明页脚上有文件位置信息(比如 C:\XXX\XX.DOC),所以ICBC认为不正规，很可能不予认可，另外，必须在BC省ICBC认可的翻译点翻译，费用很高，国内的这种驾驶纪录公证，ICBC不承认我当初开这个证明费了九牛二虎之力，因为国内根本没这种服务。最后找到市公安局的党委书记才弄到证明，结果ICBC还是不承认，最后搞到ICBC Victoria的总部才搞定
