想给小孩申请护照了，之前上网搜，老看到要担保人的，而且不能是另一位父母亲。今天去拿了份表，虽然英文不好，但也看明白了可以是另一位父母啊。原文如下：A guarantor is a person other than the applicant who confirms the applicant's identity and has knovledge of the child.The other parent,legal guardian,family member or a person who resides at the same as the applicant may be the guarantor,provided that the individual meets the specified requirements.The guarantor must:其他具体要求。。。中国人毕竟不好意思欠人人情，如果自己人可以，就不用麻烦别人了。拿一份东西要人写个人信息又要签名的毕竟太麻烦了。

谁说不能另一位父母亲，我就自己给自己小孩做担保人，前提是申请人不能是你自己。小孩的护照过期，刚办了个新的。
