I am very sick as you can see, I've got a high fever and my throat sores as hell. I feel awful doc., things unnamed ache. It all started from yesterday and there is no sign of any better. If the situation continues, I will miss an important business trip the day after, which has lots to do with my promotion. I am in dire need of something magical from you doctor, please do whatever to quench this fever(speaking with puppy eyes).
