Yah, if there is a shortage how come nobody is hiring? And it's not an IT shortage - it's a data analytics specialist shortage. 来了3个月了, 找工作找的真烦!点击展开...确实是这样，一方面职位需求旺盛，一方面缺少符合要求的应聘者。别看有400个应聘者这么多，能有4－5个有面试欲望的就不错了。 国移挨踢丐，技术真心不是太大问题，短板在语言和求职技巧上。
