招聘客服主管一名，请把简历发给 [email protected]Customer Service - Chinese SpeakingRegina, SK Full-time, PermanentSalary: $30,000.00 /yearTitle:Customer Service RepresentativeSalary:30,000/YearJob Status:Permanent, Full-TimeLocation:Regina, SK, CanadaPeople needed for this position:1Job Summary:Our growing business is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem.The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s customer service policies, and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.Responsibilities:Develops a strong understanding of client objectives and assesses their business strategies and needs in relation to their objectives.Update customer information in the customer service databaseManages the client relationship and serves as a main point of contact.Visits assigned clients to foster and maintain a strong relationship with the client.Provides clients with thorough and timely quotes on all service proposals.Completes special projects as assigned.Attends and participates in meetings, conference calls, and seminars as required.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of training and experience in relationship management.Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all timesMust be available to work occasional nights, holidays and weekendsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMinimum 1 year of experience in relationship management (preferred).Excellent English language, grammar, and spelling skills for writing, editing, and proofreading, and orally communicating with clientsLanguage: MUST be fully fluent in English and Mandarin
