租客英语不好是吧?他搬出来的这个条文是针对房东自己要用房子提前解约。

他没续约,所以应该是属于month to month。租客只需给一个月通知。

比如,每月1号交租,今天是6号,今天或4月1号之前通知的话最早四月底才能搬。没有免租也不用罚。两清。

不客气。你下次再出租最好找个经纪把租约条文给你解释一边,甚至将重要条款翻译一下,免得吃亏。

租约分2种, 一种是Month by month , 一种是每年到期再续约的固定合约, 固定合约有一个很明显的地方是租客必须在一个条款; 到期后搬出该出租单位哪里签名, 当然如果你愿意的话可以和他renew , 如果比不愿意, 就按合同走, 他必须在到期日的中午1点前搬出去
