2010 6月来到加国， 都在ESL班 学习， 上次请人报税也收到refund了，最近我收到一封信大致内容如下--we cannot caculate the amount of the OEPTC/NOEC to which you may be entitled because we do not have all of the necessary information.If you send us the following information, we will process it and inform you of the result:your world income, with the amount converted to Canadian dollars, for the period in 2010 before you came to Canada. 2010 1月 ----2010 6月， 我还在中国学习 ，没有收入。在这里想问一下，我该怎么用“英文” 回信 ，直接写没有收入还在校学习吗？ I am writing in this letter to tell you about that I didn’t have the world income. Because I was studying at school in China, for the period in 2010 before I came to Canada. 这个可以吗？

回复: 如何回信，OEPTC我登陆时在海关时拿到一张表。如果你2010年没有收入，那么应该在表上适当位置填写0。如果实在不明白，可以去当地税局问。不管怎么说，都应该填一张表。自己回信很难说全所有需要的信息。
