回复: i start an english speaking club now and heremy woman had a phone bill of 504 2 weeks ago,there is one US data roaming charge of 189,an internation data roaming charge of 240.she (my woman) asked me to handle it so i called rogers last week,an agent named Pamela answered.we had a rough start, we shouted and screamed at each other back and forth.eventually, we settled down in a civilized manner after i realized that she was not authorized to do anything helpful.she assigned a case number of C701223366 and gave me her work ID in case i need a referrence.yesterday, the boss(my woman) asked about the situation, i told her nothing happened. understandably she was not very happy with my work. So i promised to look after this business, no pressure.
