I mean to apply for american B1/B2 visa. But when i log on the appointing website, it always says "No available interview time in Montreal". It's said there're a lot of available places in the mid-night. Anyone can tell me a precise time span at night to refresh the site? Thank you in advance.

Not sure it's the right way to do though... But for sure you have to check the web site at midnight or in the morning as early as possible EVERYDAY! Sometimes people cancel their appointments.
