如有人想租一加拿大人的房子请看如下广告。注：此人不懂中文。A great rental location for a student. 1 block to the bus stop to get to the LRT, 1.4 Km total to walk to the LRT, to get to UofC, SAIT or downtown quickly. I am the owner of my house and am renting out the basement. I am living upstairs. The tenant will get: Their private back entrance Basement bedroom Basement family room Basement laundry room washer and dryer (shared with me) Basement storage rooms Free internet Free cable TV Phone Free heat, water, electricity Full usage of basement bathroom (sink and toilet in that one only) Full usage of one upstairs bathroom, has a bath and shower (brand new tub and shower) Full usage of an area in the back yard for fires of barbecue Shared usage of upstairs kitchen and dining area with me The house is a good size 1300 sq feet, basement is 1300 sq feet including the garage Everything in the house is in great condition The location is Dalhousie, near the NW corner of that area Must be a non smoker No pets allowed I am looking for a single person to rent it to. One that is very quiet and focused on their studies/work.I also have an upstairs room in the same house for $650 per month.Please send your application by email.
