你们有没有遇到客户说由于柜子有剩余空间要扣款的情况啊?评论
一开始PI的cbm是57,后来订了一个40standard GP,柜子竟然有蛮多空间,大概还有七八个cbm的空间。。
现在客户竟然说想要在余款里面扣1000USD。

一开始cbm计算的也没有大问题,只不过后来有外发的产品估算的立方变少了。
我们也希望把柜子装满啊,多装点啊,但现在问题已经发生了。

你们客人也太较真了吧?USD1000都可以帮他付掉海运费了。以后给装的松散点不要装太紧密了!!
不满柜的单,我们还要客人补空柜费呢!比如40CBM,客人要走40GP,我们还要客人补差额的。当然事先要和客人确认好才行。

Sorry we can not accept to deduct 1000USD from our balance ,it is too much for us.
As we never need to pay extra charges for container empty space for years ,usually there are suppliers who would charge
extra FOB charges if the goods can not fit a container.
You have experience of importing for many years,you probablly well know that a 40GP standard can actually only hold
57 cbm or so , the data on the door is only existing in theory.
We consider it quite normal to have some free space ,and reasonable. Moreover, our workers have loaded the goods
neatly to ensure the safety of goods.
It is important that the goods are safe ,and you have all the quality goods loaded. right?
We could not find a more suitable container to load all and JUST full as you required, could we?
This is not the first time we worked together. Every old customer is our company's valued supporters.
We sincerely hope you can understand us and hope long business ship and relationship.
In fact ,this container was holding for more than one week by customs during our national holidays, from OCT1 to OCT8, we really need to pay many money until it's releasedI know well ,that our trade term is FOB, I should not mention this to you, this is totally our responsibility.
But we really try our best to make it smooth and hope the goods can arrive to your warehouse the soonest.

Do I get you right that you knew you could load 67cmb?
On all docs there are 57cbm shown.
So there can not be only 3 cbm free space.
Sorry, but you have experience in exporting, too.
It is not our fault that there was no other container at that time.
Btw, did customs unload the container completely?
Did you check that they stuffed the cartons adequate?
To find a solution now, I would like to hear an amount from you for the free space.
Or do you agree, that we pay after unloading at our warehouse?

In our many years' exporting experience, we only know that a 40GP standard container can only load 57 cbm.
So from the very first beginning, we advise your company to buy only 57 cbm 's goods ,which is just a 40GP' load.
If we know there would be such possible free space ,we would advise Nicolas to buy more.
Now that it's happening, and we really need to end this .
I will talk with my boss and give the amount we can ,tomorrow.
The customs did not unload the container ,did not open the door. they were just holding the container for a long time in their systems.
The seal remains the same.
