客户发了一个修改条款，烦请前辈帮忙看一下（以前的信用证，银行好像从来没提过以下这些内容）， 是不是我直接提交信用证中46A所需资料给我们中国的银行就好了，没必要再提交下面所说的这些资料：79： Narrative

Please add the below along with your advice of the LC to the beneficiary as message from xxx bank.
Should you wsh to present documents under the LC to us and you are not a public listed company, kindly be informed that we require the following information to be provided at the time of presentation and at least 5 days before the expiry of the LC:
(1) name (s) of owner (s)/ promoter (s)
(2)city and country of domicile
(3)type of firm: trading firm dealing in import/export of .....(description of goods); manufacturing firm involved in the production of ....(description of goods); others (description of goods)
kindly note that if the information is imcomplete or is not in any way satisfactory in terms of xx's due diligence policy on
79: narrative
beneficiaries, we regret tht will not be able to process the documents and will have no option but to return the documents to you at your sole risk.
accordingly ,we exclude all and any liability resulting from any delay in the processing of the documents presented.
you are not required to provide the above mentioned information if you choose to present the documnets throug your bank.
Presentation of the documents shall be deemed acknowledgement of the terms herein and your acceptance thereof.
we may not process transactions involving in any manner cuba , iran or a party sanctioned by the un, us, eu or uk we are not liable for any delay / not acting / disclosing info, on sanctions.
