以上是目前手上一份信用证的翻译，不知是否有误，请各位高手指点一下，希望能向各位学习.小女子在此有礼了:)
另外，谁有MT700 701 710 720的完整项目编号？我还需要UCP600的完整版,若能发给我,真是万分感激.
先介绍一下基本情况吧,
这张信用证是南非客人开给香港中间商,中间商又转给我司的,是一张可转让不可撤销跟单信用证,而我司通知行是香港中信,我们还准备向香港中信押汇,而转让行也即原信用证的通知行是香港中国银行,
信用证的金额为合同金额的70%*1.01(因已收到30%预付款),额外的1%为客人补给我们的费用(因先前报价是T/T,客人要求才改为L/C,但经我们要求,加了余款70%的1%给我们),我还不知如何在发票中反映此信用Y证金额呢,若哪位知道,请不吝赐教.
若30%T/T,70%L/C,我知如何处理,就是报关金额100%,L/C下单据显示100%,商业发票做如下备注:
Terms of payment: the buyer paid 30% of the total price(USDXXX) as down payment by T/T,the balance 70% of the total price(USDXXX) should be paid by irrevocable L/C at sight.

通常开证申请人编号应为50,受益人编号为59,WHY?
Second Beneficiary: 59:xxx LTD 第二受益人(我司)
Currency Code.Amount: 32B: USD 31621.48 信用证结算货币和金额,此金额为$44217.05*0.7*1.01=31261.48
已收T/T预付款$44217.05*0.3=$13265.11 实际金额（合同上金额）为$44217.05,如何反映额外的44217.05*0.7*1%?

货物描述,发票中及其它文件中货物描述要与此完全一致吗?

二正本一副本商业发票以证明货物符合形式发票(合同),但此形式发票号码与我们的号码不同,应是中间商给客人的形式发票号码.

+Full set Clean On Board Marine Bills of Lading issued by shipping company showing loading on board to order blank enclosed marked freight collect.
全套船公司签发的已装船海运清洁提单,显示”已装船” 及“运费待收”,并做空白指示抬头.
Additional Conditions:附加条款
47A: + one extra photocopy of invoice and transport document is required for issuing entity’s reference. If such copies are not presented. A fee of USD10.00 or its equivalent will be deducted upon payment.
开证行需发票及其它出货文件的影印本一套,若无,将于付款时扣款USD$10.00,
+ A handling fee of USD85.00 or its equivalence will be deducted from the proceeds of each presentation of each presentation of discrepant documents which must be referred to the applicant for acceptance.
若提交不符合信用证的单据给开证人承兑,将扣除US$85的手续费.
Notwithstanding any instructions to the contrary,this fee will be for the account of the beneficiary.
若无相反规定,此费用从受益人帐户扣除,请问此处的”受益人”是第一受益人还是第二受益人?
+ Unless otherwise stipulated in the L/C, all documents presented must be issued in the English language,if they are not,they may be disregarded.
若信用证中无相反规定,所有提交单据须用英文,若无,单据将被拒收.
Transferring bank’s instructions:转让行指示(此处需仔细核对)

汇票(若有)及发票须显示我们转证号,是前面的项目编号20下的号码吗?
5. All documents except invoices and drafts(if any) must not show contract number (if any),unit price, invoice number, invoice date,value of goods,transfer no.,and name of transferring bank unless otherwise stipulated in the documentary credit.
除非信用证有相反规格,除发票和汇票(若有)外的所有文件一定不能显示合同号码(如果有),单价,发票号,发票日期,货物金额,转证号,以及转证行名称,
6. Documents must be presented through a banking instituation in one lot to reach the counter of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Ltd. Term 3 at 9/F, Bank of China Centre, Olympian City,11 HOI FAI Road,West Kowloon,Hong Kong( Attn: transfer section) within 6 days after date of transport documents and within the validity of the documentary credit.
信用证有效期内出货文件六日内通过银行协会(?)将文件一次性提交到中国银行(香港)的柜台,
7. The first beneficiary does not retain the right to refust to allow our bank to advise to you any subsequent amendments to the documentary credit.
第一受益人无权拒绝我行将任何对此跟单信用证的修改通知你方(第二受益人吗)
8. The first beneficiary may substitute its draft(s) and invoice(s) for those of the second beneficiary. Please note that we shall send the presented documents, with or without substitution, to the issuing bank for payment without checking any of the documents presented by the second beneficiary.
第一受益人可用第二受益人的汇票和发票取代(换取)汇票及发票,请注意我们将直接提交此单据(或取代或未有取代)给开证行获得付款,并不会审核第二受益人的文件.
9. Presenter must state our transfer number in their covering schedule.
交单者须在首页注明我们的转证号.
10. Copy of this advise of transfer must be presented together with each presentatin, and the amount of any such drawing must be endorsed on the reverse of the original advice of transfer by the presenter and the presenter must certify that in their covering schedule.
每次提交单据时须附此转让通知的复印件,每次汇票(金额)须附于转让通知原件的背面,提交单据者须在首页注明.
11. The following commission or charges are for second beneficiary’s account.
如下费用由第二受益人支付.
A) All banking charges relating to or under the documentary credit and/or this advice of transfer include those payable by the first beneficary to the issuing bank.
此跟单信用证下所有银行费用及转让通知费及第一受益人应付开证行的费用都由第二受益人支付.
B) Collection commission 托收费.
C) Telegram fee/postage charges 电报费/邮政费
D) Reimbursing charges/ payment charges for transfer L/C.此转让信用证的议付费/付款费.
E) Substitution commission at 1/4 percent on USD50,000.00 OR its equivalent (Min USD 48.00 or its equivalent) and 1/8 persent on balance.此费用不明是什么
12. This is solely an advice of transfer without any engagement or liability on our part and engagement or liability on our part and payment will onlybe made to the second beneficiary after our receipt of clear funds from the issuing bank.
此份文件仅是一份转让通知,我行只有收齐开证行付款才付款给第二受益人,除此我行并无付款责任或义务.
13. Except as otherwise stated or modified, this transfer is subject to UPC600.
若有相反规定或修改,此转让证根据UCP600开立.
14. Pursuant to the United Nation’s sanctions and the relevant regulations, we shall not handle or deal with any documents, shipments, goods, payments and/or transactions that may relate directly or indirectly, to any sanctioned countries, persons or parties, accordingly, any presentation that may violate the aforesaid condition may be rejected without any liability on our part.

78:Notwithstanding that this credit is confirmed by FIRSTRAND BANK LIMITED,SOUTHAFRICA.
If documents are presented for negotiating/payment 15 days after the expiration of the L/C,This will be subject to a post expiration charges of USD$75 each or equivalence.
虽此信用证由FIRSTRAND BANK LIMITED,SOUTHAFRICA保兑,若L/C到期后15天才收到单据,将罚款US$75.
Sender to Receiver Information: 72: This credit is subject to the Uniform Customs And Practice For Documentary Credits,ICC Publication No.600 发电人告知收电人:此信用证根据UPC600开立.

做转让LC的，客人已经付了定金，但是在转让LC上不能显示已付定金，如果取消已付定金客人清关有问题，请问怎么不显示已付定金而且可以清关的。
