加拿大外贸
跟客户谈好的付款条件是30%TT预付，70%信用证。客户转发了他们银行发的一份文档，客户说让我拿这份文档去我们的银行，等我们的银行递交了letter of credit（这里应该指的是附件中的保函）后，他们银行就会将预付款付给我们银行。
请查看附件中客户提供给我的内容。
30%是TT的，直接打给我们就可以了啊，跟这个保函有什么关系？这个保函到底是什么东西？

这是要求你们必须先通过一家银行出具银行保函，用于担保预付款。一旦你们不能按时交货，买方就可以向出具保函的银行索偿。

那是不是需要我们公司在我们的银行交跟预付款相同的保证金？这跟70%的信用证无关吧？只是针对30%的T/T预付款吧？

是的。你的理解正确。这份保函就是对预付款的银行担保，一旦你们不能按时交货，买方就会将保函提交给担保行，要求赔偿预付款。

话说回来，你们交得出跟预付款相同的保证金，问客人拿预付款先用的必要性相对说是否小了些。

银行签发保函的门槛都有些高的，条条框框很多。但能满足给全额保证金的条件，还是会有胜算的可能。

银行贴现是为了一些利润，但前提条件是没有风险，否则，银行不愿做的。
孟加拉银行是出了名的信誉不好，信用证下相符交单，也不一定能收到，或者准时收到货款。
所以，找银行贴现孟加拉信用证，会是个麻烦事。

银行跟我说，如果客户耍赖，即使他收到货了，他又递交一份报告给我们银行说我们没有履行合约或者我们没有发货，那我们还是得赔偿他们。这条款也太霸道了吧，完全就是单方受益

是的，一般国内的银行不一定会乐意贴他们的信用证，我要开证之前发来银行信息审核先

只有孟加拉银行或者类似他们那样的银行，才会有这样的耍赖恶劣做法。所以，开证行的资信很重要。
