做信用证遇到这么个问题：信用证对保险单据的规定如下：insurance policy or certificate issued in negotiable form showing claims are payable to the order of bank xxxxx indicating that the cover is not subject to any franchise or excess (deductible), and to cover the following risks:
+ institute cargo clause(A) as well as war risks, risks under strikes, riots and civil commotions.
+ insurance document must not show referance to any exclusion clause.
懂的人帮我看看，能答应这样的保险单条款吗？保费是不是特别高？有哪些注意事项？

这条是不是不允许例外情况？但保险单都有一些不保的除外情况啊。

免赔看具体是什么货物，大部分货物可以不加，具体可以详谈。

大部分货物不加？准备出的是普通的日化产品，颗粒状固体。
百度了一下这个不计免赔险，出来的都是和车险有关，运输险有这个不计免赔率说法吗？

这样看来，信用证条款有些左右摇摆，不好把握，弄不好会出现不符点。
