各位：刚涉及做信用证，不懂的问题多多。
ISBP745 Para A7:
a. ii. When a document issued by the beneficiary has been legalized, visaed, certified etc., any correction of data is to be authenticated by at least one of the entities that legalized, visaed or certified etc., the document. Such authentication is to indicate the name of the entity authenticating the correction either by use of a stamp incorporating its name, or by the addition of the name of the authenticating entity accompanied by its signature or initials.
该证实应当以含有证实人名称的印戳，或以额外加注证实人名称的方式表明实施证实的实体，并包括其签字或小签。
我的问题是 “并包括其签字或小签”这句话，是针对“ by the addition of the name of the authenticating entity”来说呢，还是也针对“by use of a stamp incorporating its name” ？
隔行如隔山，这句话说的真没错！

只针对or后面的，如果是有名字的章的话无需加小签，either后面是一种方法，or后面是另一种证实方式
