1.一个核心：始终以销售营业额为核心，做为一个外贸销售经理的核心工作就是带领所负责团队，利用各种渠道去实现销售额的最大化合利润的最高化。
2. 两个关键：管理，即管好人理好事。领导就是引领指导
管好人，管人不是制约人而是利用各种有效的手段去引导激励团队成员，使每个成员可以最大程度的发挥各自的能力体现价值，从而实现团队销售额和利润的最大化，管理所负责团队成员的日常工作行为，使所在业务员工作合理合规的开展。

以提高效率为导向，不断优化工作平台和工作流程，使部门更有效率的运作

适时抽查监督团队成员的业务开发情况和订单的执行情况，确保整个团队能不断开发出新的业务，订单按质按量按时并且安全的执行。

外贸销售经理的角色就是领导所负责团队成员利用各种渠道去完成设定的销售目标。而作为一个部门经理起码必须具备如下几方面的素质：
