由于worldoftrade.com近期的不道德行为，worldoftrade.com已被法院命令停止其一切运作和经营活动。该网站的拥有者Faisal Qayoom siddiqui曾受雇于Tradekey公司约3至4个月，并被指控采取一切非法行为运营其网站，包括违反合同、保密协议，滥用Tradekey的名称，冒充自己是Tradekey公司的共同创始人及Tradekey中国的姐妹公司，对tradekey公司的名声造成重大损害。Tradekey是亚洲增长最快的500家公司之一，在全球拥有五百五十万用户，Faisal Qayoom siddiqui曾是一家私人软件公司的前任副总裁，他从Tradekey公司的成功获得了灵感，并加入Tradekey，其目的是为了窃取公司机密，然后创建自己的公司。在他前任雇主的帮助下，加上4个来自UAE的投资者，他在迪拜成立了worldoftrade.com。该网站未能实现任何商业上的成功，耗费投资却带来失败。在梦想失败后，Faisal Qayoom siddiqui试图利用tradekey的信息和tradekey的身份来运行自己的网站，他欺骗代理，声称自己是 tradekey公司的共同创始人和姐妹公司，进入中国市场，诱骗tradekey中国客户。Faisal Qayoom siddiqui通过编造没有事实故事，试图吸引巴基斯坦当地的公司投资成为代理商，然后出售其股份，从而退出他失败的生意。他的所作所为巴基斯坦企业界的悲哀， 由于缺乏法律和道德的约束，也增加了外国投资者对在巴基斯坦投资的担忧。Worldoftrade.com is recently ordered by court to hold all it's operations and business activities through it's website worldoftrade.com due to unethical business practices adopted by the company. The website owner Faisal Qayum Siddiqui once employed in tradeKey pvt Limited for 3-4 months being accused of adopting all wrongful business activities to run his website including violating contract, NDA and misusing the name of TradeKey by falsely representing himself co-founder and sister company
of tradekey in china through his agents whereby causing damages to the brand of TradeKey.com.
The person was ex vice president of a private software house, he get inspired by the success of TradeKey, a company declared as fastest 500 growing companies of Asia and best marketplace award by pasha with 5.5 million customers all over the world, he joined tradekey pvt ltd. to open his own business. With the help of his ex employer with 4 more investors from UAE he incorporated in Dubai as wordoftrade fzco.
The website failed to achieve any business success burning all business investments by showing his investors false dreams. After realizing the failure of his dreams the owner tried to use TradeKey information and identity of TradeKey to run his website by marketing himself falsely through his agents as co-founder and sister company of TradeKey to enter into china market and attract tradekey customers. The person tried to attract a local Pakistani company to survive his venture for bringing cash by showing again dreams with no real facts to make them as agents and then trying to get exit from his failed business venture by selling his shares. Stories like such are sad part of Pakistan corporate world and raise concerns for foreign investors whether to invest in Pakistan due to no value for law and no ethical values.
