回盘备注:采购商当里在RFQ里发了几张图片,根据这个图片小张可做出完全一样的。 回复查看了小张的RFQ并回复了小张的邮件,内容如下: Hello XX, Thanks for your quote. Could you send me the drawing or the picture for the tanks you were quoting below? Thanks 然后小张是这样回复采购商的: Hello, Sir Thx for your prompt reply. I quote you the price based on your pictures on alibaba. This is normal tank. We can make the same one as your pictures. If you need the drawing, I will send you tomorrow, my engineer is meeting with clients. Regards XX 然后小张当天晚上就把图纸发给采购商了,后面再发邮件采购商就没有再也没有回复了,一直很迷惑,因为小张这个产品,采购商在采购的时候要求说的很详细了,说明采购商真的是需要这个产品的。
询盘建议:
从小张和采购商的邮件来看,小张讨论的这款产品是属于技术含量比较低的产品,也就是一般的工厂根据图片都能做出来的产品。
这类产品在跟进的时候需要特别注意三个方面:回复及时性、产品竞争力和公司整体优势。
一个是回复的及时性,不适最快回复,而是小张邮件要在采购商上班时候,准备及时出现在在采购商未读邮件前10封。
二是价格是否有竞争力,还有优势。因为可以与小张的产品竞争的工厂有很多。小张在跟采购商洽谈的时候除了价格之外,要多体现自己产品的优势,比方说使用的原材料(钢材的标号),产品细节(焊接,下水口,活页等的质量)。小张所做的回复虽然都回答了采购商的问题,但是过于中规中矩,没有什么特点。后面采购商没有回复以后,应该及时通过电话与采购商沟通,询问采购商由于什么原因中断了与小张的联系。其实像此类情况是很多的,采购商可能找到了更适合他需求的供货商,所以就不搭理小张了,正常对待即可。只不过对于产品细节如此详细的采购商,后期跟进还应该再紧密一些,不给其他竞争者机会。
