第五条 乙方应按照甲方要求在 2010年9月23日或者9月24日将展品运至展馆并在展台就位，可由甲方和乙方现场人员协商具体的进馆时间。第六条 乙方应向甲方提供运输咨询及展品运输状态的跟踪报告，在需要时向甲方提供一切力所能及的有助顺利参展的协助。为了保证展品按时就位，乙方还应根据展会及国家或地区要求及以往运输经验向甲方提供建议。
三、保险
第七条 展品保险，由乙方根据货值代办，保险费用实报实销，在总费用中向甲方结算。展团出发前，乙方须向甲方提供由保险公司出据的《货物运输保险单》正本。如产生索赔事件，乙方在提供有关单证的同时，积极协助甲方向保险公司索赔。
四、费用结算
一、去程费用
去程单程包干费：乙方负责拖柜至甲方指定地点，由甲方自行装箱，乙方负责将集装箱运至中国港口、报关、集港、装船、海运运至目的港再转运至杜塞尔多夫馆外,再从馆外运至展台一次性就位，包括德国海关清关费、陆运费、海运费、德国海关查验费、监管费、监管安全费、SLVS保险费、德国清关文件费、展商服务费、装卸费、港杂包干费

6、德国正常工作时间：周一至周五9：00-17：00
机力费用
吊机租用：50吨以下 EURO240.00/小时，最低收费1小时
