We wish to act as a buying Agent to the Importers in Sierra Leone,Guinea & Liberia.
If your prices are the best ones and quality & service are good, you can enjoy a regular business from us.
will you pls let us know the lowest possible price of each product,packing details,minimum quantity of each item,delivery time,terms of payment and the relevant informations together with the attachments of your products,company broucher etc at your earliest.
If the prices are lowest possible and quality of products & service are good, i will come to lift the initial fcls.
没有具体指明是要我们哪个产品，于是我把我们的产品目录发给他了，很快就我收到回复：

as i wrote u in first mails,i am canvassing orders from my clientele for ur products. pls understand my business clearly and confirm it clearly in ur reply if u can agree with my business methods because we must have clear understanding before entering into
the business.price is most important factor in these countries because they r looking for low priced products.so,pls quote the lowest possible prices.
PLS READ AND ANSWER IN DETAIL & CLEARLY TO ENABLE ME TO ACT QUICKLY.
1-i will add 10% more to ur offered price to give my clientele to get orders and the 10% added u should transfer to my a/c soon after received each payment(when u get 30% advance,u have to transfer 10% of the 30% into my a/c and when u get 70%,u have to trasfer 10% of the 70% into
my a/c) from my clientele.
2-howmany clientele's orders can accepted for one 20'fcl and 40'fcl for one destination.pls note u will have to issue the bills for each orders seperately in order to take the delivery of the goods by each customer and u will be getting their payments-30% & 70% seperately from each customer.
what are the freight charges of 20' & 40' fcls seperately for the port:FREETOWN,SIERRA LEONE,
WEST AFRICA.
3-U will have to provide me an authorization letter to act as ur representative to canvass orders
from my clientele in sierra leone,guinea & liberia.
4-pls send the samples by courier to enable me to show the customers for placing the orders.Mr.P.V.Abdurahiman,50-B,Nelson Lane,Off Road,Tengbeh Town,Freetown,Sierra Leone.West Africa.if u want me to share or to pay the full charge of the sample,u can deduct the same from my first order's 10% transfer.the clientele need to see the samples for placing the orders.
5-do u have agent/distributor/dealer in sierra leone,guinea & liberia.
