请问高手,是否零售商和经销商以及进口商的报价应该有所区别?前几天,收到一封比较详细的询价,从邮件的几款询价看出客户几乎浏览了我网站所有产品, 仔细挑选出来的。本来想按常规报价,就是按进口商报价,
但是自己看了客户网站,感觉他是个零售商,而且应该没有进口经验,加上感觉客户应该比较有诚意要货,就比平常价格高了估计20%这样给报价了。
不想报出以后居然一点回复都没有,我想客户花那么多时间浏览我的网页,精心挑选的产品,不可能是为了单就套个价格就没音信的。于是我继续跟进,谁知道无论我
怎么说,怎么沟通都没收到任何回复。
现在我想主要问题应该是在价格方面了,如果当初不贪心,按进口商的价格给他报,估计现在都在讨论付款了。
我想把价格调整回来,但是20个点的空间啊,怎么跟客户说才比较可信呢?是否可以实话跟他说之前的报价是按零售商报的,如果他能达到我们的最小起订量,公司可以
按进口商的价格,低20个点优惠给他,以便能开拓更大的市场呢??

We still wonder have you received our quotation enclosed?If it is workable in your market?Any comment,pls.feel free to contact us.
However,pls.kinldy let me introduce the different price quoted stipulation of our company for your reference.To be honest,our pricing quoted based on three levels as below:
First is the detailor customers.To be honest,the price will be higher than other customers.As our experience,the labor and material cost will be higher as the few quantity and many different kinds of products mixed order from detailor customers.Some orders which not reach our MOQ(minium order quantity) will even cost usdoublethan normal orders.
Second is the wholesaler and distributors.Like these customers,we'll quote them with about 10%-15% discount than detailors.As their order usually with larger quantity and simple product mixed.Furthermore,their pakage requirement usually is also easier.It will save lots of labor and material cost for us.
The last one is our Big&Old customers.We usually offer them another 5%~10% discount due to our long bussiness relationship.Now our big customers are mainly in the European market.We're prond of that some of them cooperated with us for more than 10 years.
Frankly speaking,our price quoted you enclosed are based on detailor customer.But to be honest,so far we don't have many customers in the USA market and we really values every inquiry from the USA,like your esteemed company.Furthermore,our production off season will be coming soon.(From June~August).Then,if our price quoted before is not competitive in your market,pls.feel free to contact us.We're very glad to update you our favorable price to promote an opportunity for our coorperation in near future!

这中间的跨度也忒大了点吧。做生意讲究的是诚信,你这样的话结出来的果子只有自己去吃。你可以慢慢跟他讲价,你先说现在产品的材料价格有点下降,所以你们的产品价格也可以稍微调低一点。幅度自己把握咯。
