guarantee allowance是这句的核心。。。意思大概是 保修折扣。。。就是你让利2%。。。。以他的说法，是国际惯例。。。
你咋不考虑在我们信用证上注明“保修折扣”？就像别的公司那样。你怎么不考虑对保修负责就像世界上大部分公司那样有2%的“保修折扣”？
