应该是说1份正本和4份副本的已签字发票中声明进口是根据chapter II SR.NO 201 OF import policy 2202-2207 under btn classifications 条例的，而且声明货物的原产地是中国，具体要根据你和客户的情况了，你也可以要求你的客户写清楚点的
