1.Payment against Usance L.C., Interest from Date of BOE shall be in Buyer's scope
2.SBG for 10% of order Value, which shall get converted into PBG after material supply and shall be valid during Product Guarantee Period
3.Liquidated Damages of 1% per week but maximum 10% shall be applicable on Order Value
4.Product Guarantee of 18 Months from Commisiong, 30 Months from supply whichver is earlier.
5.Origin of Material (Contry)
6.Mill Name
7.Price Basis: Exw & P-F Included
8.Offer Validity (Min 2 Months) - For Repeat Ordering
9.Flanges shall be marked with "Ident Code" as per Marking requirement given.
10.Delivery: 10 to 12 weeks from LOI/ PO Placement
11.Prices shall be FIRM throughout Order
12.Supplier shall provide 10%/100% quantity for Inspection witness to ESSAR/ ESSAR Representative.
13.Supplier have to be followed all technical Specification during manufacturing & Inspection as per Annx V
14.Supplier shall arrange for All Inspection Requirement as per Standard Codes, Essar Specification, Essar QAP.
15.All Technical requirement as per enclosed Technical Supply Condition Documents. Note:- No technical deviation accepted.
