我有个叙利亚的客户，要了样品去做检验，但是后来我再发邮件，他说检验完通知我，后来音信全无了。我经理让我打电话去询问一下，看到底啥情况。所以。。。各位，我到底要说什么呢？我担心我到时候听不懂客户说的是 啥呀~

我要怎么跟客户说呢？请指点一下。。。英文滴呀。。。

他就会和你说结果，或者是还没出来什么的
还没出来你可以说，thanks for you pick up my phone,you are very kind,and if the result comes out,please contact me,你可以让他给你email告诉你结果什么的，然后祝他have a nice day!
出来的话你可以问他，do u have any advise about our product,or do u have any need about our products.
他有的话就会说了，没有他也会说暂时怎么的，你就可以说谢谢你，和上面一样。

其实打电话没有那么紧张的，因为我以前做的时候就只能用电话联系的，如果方便的话你可以加我msn或QQ，因为这个我不是很会用，回帖觉得挺麻烦的，还说不清楚。。。。
