4．付款：双方实行款到发货的付款方式，需美金电汇，以款到甲方账号为准。
5、本协议的任何一方未能履行协议中的义务，申诉方可向违约方发出书面通知，指出对方违反本协议的条规。违约方在收到书面通知的三十天之内仍未做出修正补救的，申诉方可以于一周内以书面形式通知对方终止本协议。
6、甲乙双方在履行本协议过程中发现对方的行为严重违反协议条款、严重违背商业道德和法律、严重损害对方利益的，可附上相关证据于一周以书面形式通知对方终止本协议。
7、本协议在实施过程中有任何一方存在异议且双方协议不能解决的，提交仲裁委员会仲裁，仲裁裁决是终局的，对双方均有约束力。
