请问下面这句话怎么用英语表达稍微好点呢？上述价格为参考。如您所能理解，根据订货量、交货时间和付款方式的不同，价格会有很大的区别----有时甚至会有高达10%的折扣。

Above price just for your reference .(如果是我，一般会说Above price based on the **** ) and you know the quantity ,lead-time ,payment term effect the cost ,so the price calculated way is different .So if there is any change ,ple let me know ,i will try best to get the most competitive price for you .
我不明白，这么着急的告诉客户说可以有10%的discount空间有什么目的？让他再给你讲价吗？
