请帮忙翻译一段话，谢谢。之前所使用的的发票号码是UNP-100126，但由于此发票号码已经两次用于办理产地证，无法再次用于办理产地证，必须更改，所以我改为UNP-100126-3，产地证原件已经在4月29日快递给您了（查询网址是：……，快递单号是……）。请问您是否必须要求更改发票号码，并重新办理产地证？

Before the invoice number is UNP-100126, but this invoice number have used for the From E twice. Can’t re-used for transacting Form E, must change the invoice number. So I changed to UNP-100126-3.I have sent the original Form E to CV. WAHYU MITRA SEJATI 29th April. (Inquiry web site:…… , No.: ……)
Do you have to request to change the invoice number, and re-transact the Form E?

As the invoice number iUNP-100126 have been used to work out the From E for two times.
i t can not be used any more. we have to change the invoice number such as UNP-100126-3 for the new Form E .
In addition, I have sent the original Form E to CV. WAHYU MITRA SEJATI on 29th April.

Pls confirm if we have to create a new invoice number to re-transact the Form E ? Thank you

INV#UNP-100126 that had been used to make form E twice before has to be changed as it can't be used again,so the new INV# is UNP-100126-3 by used,and original form E have been sent out to you on 29April,tracking NO. is from websit....and pls advise if you need to revise invoice number to re-do form E?
