1. Due to the affection of the eruption of Volcano in Inceland and the Expo Shanghai, a lot of goods were delayed in the airports. This also leads to tight shipping spaces and price increased highly within the China-European airline. Your goods were not able to deliver to you so far.
2. The freight costs quoted to you is normal prices. Under this critical situation, the freight costs increase up to 35%. However, we decided to accrount for the extra freight costs in consideration of our further cooperations. We will book the quickest airline, and the ETD is around May 12.
We are so sorry for the delay of the delivery although it is caused by natural disasters.
