请问大虾们100 % Payment on documents to Bank是什么意思?
怎样做的啊?
客人需要报价是CIF的,我写的付款方式是30% Deposit,70% should be pay before delivery.
可是客户发过来的 Condition Of Sale:100 % Payment on documents to Bank

交了所有的单证给银行之后付全额货款。
