可能俺的英语太菜了，客人说看不懂。肯我翻译的比较繁琐。请帮忙翻译一下：
“我们想确认你在电子表格里标明的数量是否就是你的订单数量。这关系到面料的订购和其他各种费用。完了，才可以给你报一个合理的价格。”

Because it refers to booking fabric and many kinds of expense.

如果你认为可以报价的话, 直接按他的要求报价, 最后标明MOQ(他要的数量)...

其实 个人觉得 这样的问题 其实不要问客人为好， 要知道客人会找很多的供应商报价，邮件那么的多，采购着哪有那么多时间回这样的邮件，说不准，你的邮件早已经埋在“邮”海中了。
