一个客人给我发下面的内容：What firmware comes on your phones，3.8？
The firmware original iphones have firmware，
The software， How many sim cards does it have
Do you have any serial numbers or anything that i can verify
I have ordered from China and received clones or fakes
I need to make sure the phones are real before i buy them。
Please provide me the serial numbers of your iphone.
请问在客人还没付钱时可以提供客人serial numbers吗，提供给客户后我们的IPHONE 是不是就不能上市呢。
firmware是问什么呢？刚进这行好多不懂啊。谢谢大家支持与帮助

这是说那个手机固件的...看了一下..手机固件就相当于手机系统..
