关于** 客人的吊牌在中国上海清关时遇到了一些问题，我不知道为什么你们在香港的吊牌供应商提供的进口发票上吊牌的数量 和我们合同签订的数量不一致，这造成了我们清关极大的不便，由此产生了近900人民币的税金，而且浪费了几天的时间，在中国清关手续时很复杂的，所有下次如果遇到同样情况请先把进口时需要的发票提供给我们确认，不管怎么，我正在努力解决这件事情。。will keep you updated。。评论
we are sorry to inform you that sth wrong with the customs clearance for the tag in Shanghai China . there is a big discrepance in quantity between the import invoice issued by Hongkong supplier and our contract. It not only cost us nearly RMB 900 for the Customs duties but also waste us several days. You know, the procedure of China customs clearance is complex, so pls kindly allow us to do the comfirmation first next time. No matter how ,we will try our best to solve it . Will keep you updated.
个人觉得。。按你的中文翻译出来的一看就是有点强烈的抱怨。。嘿嘿。。个人觉得事情已经发生了。。所以无论心里有多不爽。。解决才是正道。。反正是要解决的所以说的委婉一点。。会不会让对方不但接受了。。还心怀谦意。。而且会特别配合？

The tag quantity shows on the invoice provided by your hk supplier is found to differ from the figure contracted, which has caused us tremendous trouble in custom clearence, for which we have spent quite a few days and suffered a loss of ￥900 tax fee.
Now, in the light of the complexion of chinese customs, to avoid such hassle in the future, please be informed that we require the invoice for inport to be confirmed by us first before issued.
For this issue we are working hard on it, any update we'll keep you posted. please be noted.
