请求翻译：国内货代告诉我们，预付改到付，国外只须付1万美金运费，但你给的发票多出将近4千美金，附上国内航空公司的保函以便跟航空公司再次确认。
除了运付，其它的附加费不应该由我们支付。

As our forwarder inform us that the order will cost USD1000 freight colllect, we hope to amend it as freight collect instead of freight prepaid.Attached is the Letter of Guaranttee issued by our domestic airline company for recomfirmation.
除了运付，其它的附加费不应该由我们支付。
Other addtional charges are not on our account but freight.

The forward agent tell us that the payment should be freight collect rather than freight prepaid. You only need to pay US$10,000. The invoice value you provide are near US$4,ooo more. We attach the letter of gurantee from airline here for your confirmation.

We were informed by local freight fowarder that frieght amount collected from your good company shall be USD10,000, since the freight
term has been amended into "Freight Collect" from "Freight Prepaid".
