As for the stranded cargo, we have send you the C/O and other relevant document on 22 April. The amount in the c/o is 10,020 US$. Our cargo agent advises us to make another invoice whose amount is 10,020 US$. whether it is necessary make another invoice for you? You can send the new invoice to the shipping line, maybe it can help reduce the loss.
