The reason for the same is import duty in India for the product is 40% which can be reduced if we avail the second option or even we can think of having technology transmit along with component to set up assembly workshop for LED products.

breakup form应该是拆分状态的产品，他是想直接进口你们的LED零件，因为这个东西的进口关税低，然后他们还希望能有这个技术在印度弄一个组装LED的工厂（估计是想要你们提供技术支持）
