Beyond the provisions made above personnel from HELD can be made available for further assistance, for training, etc. These services and/or idle time will be charged as laid down in HELD’s Tariff for Service Work applicable at the time of rendering such services. Held strongly recommends the customer’s maintenance and operating staff to be trained on the equipment by Held’s specialists following the On-Site Test run, as damages to the equipment caused by improper usage are not covered by HELD’s guarantee.
