Delivery terms:1.FOB China (INCOTERMS 2000)
2. ____ is responsible for mentioning the latest delivery dates in the proforma invoices and realizes the deliveries within the mentioned periods. _______ shall do the best to deliver the 1st container within 60 days from the purchase order date subject to that the models have been approved for mass production. If there is any unexpected problem in production, _______ shall advise CMS promptly, and discuss friendly with CMS.
3._______ is responsible for sending the documents of each delivery within 10 working days after B/L date. ____ commits to pay the extra expenses arised from the delayed delivery of the documents due to _____’s fault.
Exclusivity:
1.CS wheel models can be produced only for CS and can not be sold to any other company in or out of Turkey other than CS. However, if CS cannot deliver order within 3 month after the sample is approved , or the shipment quantity cannot reach the agreed minimum quantity, CS shall make compensation for the mold cost.
