关于上次发货延误事宜，我之前给你写邮件详细的向你解释过，那次是由于自然灾害等特殊情况的影响才导致的，当时为了使你们能尽快的收到货，我们不惜承担多出的运费用TNT给你们发货，请放心以后我们会严格按照商定的时间交货。当然，你们也可以指定货代。”

We have submitted claims with TNT for the damaged monitor of last shipment and will keep u informed the result.
To make things easier,we propose as following for ur choice:
1.You pay for it as accessories(最好注明多少钱) and your balance payment will be arranged back, alternatively,we can count the balance into the payment for your last order.
2.We will send you a replacement with freight prepaid from Shanghai to Czech Rrpublic,and pls kindly arrange return of the damaged to us.
3.We will send you 2 sets monitor as reserve as long as ur last order is more than 300pcs.
We once send u email in detail for the deday shipment ,which is arising out of the Acts of God, and totally beyond our control.We arrange TNT to ensure no further delay with regradless of the extra freight absorbed by us.
We promise u hereby the future shipments will be delivered strictly according to the contract.Sure,you may appoint the forward as well.
