You are delivery the fountain to our transporter. But you are not haveing the Export license so we are not able to clear the materials. Our transporter tray to clear the items with temporary license.In further you can export the unit with Export license other wise we are not able to buy from you. We need further requirement waiting for only after inspected the fountain.
请帮忙翻译下这封邮件意思。还有这 Export license 是不是出口许可证的意思啊？我们是工厂来的，有自己的进出口权，手续齐全的。请问这位印度的客户要这个 Export license 干什么用啊？请帮忙咯。。。。帮忙看这位客户表达的意思是什么。我是新手，不太懂。。。

就是说你们现在发送的货物到海关那边没办法清关，因为你们没有提供出口许可证。然后他们使用的临时许可证来清关的。
以后的交易，如果没有出口许可证，他们就不会从你这买了。他们现在正在等待检验这批货物，如果还有其他要求，就会找你的。
应该就这么理解的吧。货代清关的时候相应的文件应该都有让你们准备，他们才会发货的吧，我没具体操作这个不了解，你们有进出口权，应该就有出口许可证吧，扫描一个给他得了
