吸塑机机械安装说明：Assembly Instruction of Plastic Vacuum Absorbing Machine
1、当吸塑机安置在生产场地后，用水平仪放置于前后链轨支座的平板上，测调整台
机前后左右水平度，底座6只地脚着地后，顶升或降低，调整校测水平准确度。
After the machine is placed on the working site,please lay the level gauage on the panel of the chain base to adjust the balance of the whole machine,after the 6 legs landed,lift or lower it to make sure the horizontal accuracy is right.
2、将放料架安置于适应进片的位置。
Please locate the uncoiler in the right place for sheet transfering.
3、在出料端，将放片架的行轨底架与机身对接安装。调整地脚垫板高度，再将放片
架安装到行轨上。摇动手轮，放片架进退轻便灵活则可。
In the product coming end, connect the product holder base to the machine first.Then mount the product holder on and ajust the chassises until it is in the right height with the machine.By controling the handwheel,the conveyor can move forward and backward smoothly.
4、将输入吸塑机的气、水管路及电源安装接通。
Connect the air pipe,water pipe and then the power supply of the machine.
5、空载运行，检查送片链条行走及工作台升降动作协调，顺畅。放片架，切片及放片动行协调，则可准备上模生产。
Let the machine work in no-load status first to see if the movement of the chain and the working stations is good and smooth.After the product holder,cutting section are all coordinated ,then we can mount the moulds on and get ready for producing.

Assembly Instruction of Hydraulic Plastic Cup (Bowl)Making machine
1、当制杯机安置在生产场地之后，先安装由于运输而拆卸的部件（如上模座顶杆气缸、边料收卷臂、吊模装置）。
After the machine is placed on the working site,please install all the dismounted parts which are took off for the transportation reason back first.(such as the upper mould preforming cylinder ,scrap collector,mould lifter)
2、将水平仪放置于机座工作面板上，顶升或降低底座着地的6只地脚，调整机台前后左右水平度。
Place the level gauge on the working panel of the machine base,lift or lower the 6 chassises until the whole machine is in the good balance.
3、安装接通输入机器的气、水管路及电源。
Connect the air pipe, water pipe and then the power supply of the machine.
4、空载运行，检查送片链条行走及工作台升降动作协调、顺畅。注意通往升降连杆臂及轴的油路小油管有良好的输油，以保障连杆臂及轴的润滑。
Let the machine works in no-load status first to see if the movement of the chain and the working stations is good and smooth .For making sure the lubrication between the bearing and the connecting rod is good,please don't forget to connect the small oil pipe around.
5.模具安装说明：
Assembly Instruction of Moulds
5.1、安装吊模装置，随机配附装模滑轨二件，安装上模滑轮架一件。
Attach two set of mould slide trail and one set of mould lifter
with the machine for free.
5.2、模具安装顺序：先装上模、再装下模。
Sequence of mould mounting:Upper mould first,bottom mould later
5.3、安装上模之前，先降低工作台，在上面安装二根滑轨，将上模滑架放置于滑轨上，将上模吊升到滑架，推入工作台，升上工作台，用螺栓将上模吊装连接上模机座。降下工作台，搬走滑架。
Lower the working station before mounting the upper mould,mount two slide trails on it first,put the upper mould rack on the slide trail,then put on the upper mould on the rack and move it to the station,tighten it with screws,and lift up the working station,move the mould slide rack away.
5.4、制杯下模先装于下模底座。整体吊上滑轨，推入工作台，慢慢升高对准合模销，锁紧模具螺栓。
Mount the lower mould on the lower mould base first,then hang up and move the lower mould to the working station,lift it up slowly until it matches the locating pin,then tighten the mould screws.
5.5、拆卸模具，顺序相反。先拆下模，再用滑架支撑将上模拆卸。
Opposite sequence for dismounting the mould,discharge the lower mould first,then use the mould slide rack to help to discharge the upper mould.
