因业务需要，我公司特邀尼日利亚商人来温州洽谈业务，时间为三个月。其入境口岸为广州或上海。其行程安排如下，8月1日到8月15日来温州XX有限公司，XX有限公司，XX有限公司。8月16到8月31参观XX。9月1日到9月15日游玩温州附近的风景区，雁荡山，楠溪江，泰顺，文成等地方。9月16日到9月30日到温州服装市场考察并访问服装生产公司。10月1日到10月20日来我公司签订双方采购合同。10月21日回尼日利亚。有关客户来温费用自理，在华期间产生的一切风险，后果与法律责任由我们公司负责，请求贵处办理签证为盼！
Due to business needs, our company specially invited Nigerian businessmen to discuss(negotiate) business in Wenzhou for three months. The port of entry for Guangzhou or Shanghai. His schedule as follows, August 1 to August 15 to Wenzhou XX Co., LTD and XX Co., LTD.
August 16 to August 31 to visit XX. September 1 to September 15 to play Wenzhou Mt.Yandang, Nanxi River,Taishun and Wencheng.September 16 to September 30 to investigate Wenzhou clothing market and visit garment production company. October 1 to October 20 to my company,The two sides signed a procurement contract. October 21 back to Nigeria.

specially可以去掉，因为你前面已经说明 了原因，多了显得累赘。
建议用negotiate，显得正式。后面的business也可以去掉。

All expenses incurred when staying in China should be beared by the customers, and we bear all the risks,consequences and legal liability. Hope you can help to deal with visas.
