内容比较长，未免大家看着乏味我先说说我自己的一些理解，请多指正：1，早上上班收到的询盘，我很快的回复了，9点之前。然后12点收到回复。该客户是尼日尼亚的。按时差，我们这边12点，他们那边该是早上5点，那么早写邮件的，我表示不大理解。
2，邮件开头就说，已经将我的报价单拿去他们的技术部门做分析了，我对于早上5点就开始上班这一现象再次表示不理解。
3，主题内容：要我去外事办办理他们3个工程师的邀请函。明明刚刚收到我的报价，才送去他们的技术部，这么快就要派遣技术员来中国？
4，我根据他的回信浏览了下他们的主页，2年没有更新- -。
综上，我觉得，这是个骗子，骗邀请函的。这里我有个疑问，为什么这么多老外喜欢骗邀请函啊，偷渡么 = =
还有，这是不是自动回复呢，谁给他报价都这么回？

WE ALL AGREED THAT WE WILL HAVE TO SEND 3 OF OUR ENGINEERS TO YOUR COMPANY TO ISNPECT AND TEST THE MACHINES. AFTER THAT THEY WILL PAY FOR IT.
SO OUR COMPANY BOARD OF DIRECTORS HAVE COLLECTEDLY DECIDED THAT TO FACILITATE THE BUSINESS AND INSPECTING VISIT OF THE ENGINEERS. YOUR COMPANY WILL HAVE TO GO TO YOUR GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS AND GET INVITATION APPROVAL FOR THE THREE ENGINEERS.
AS WE WILL NEED THE INVITATION TO APPLY FOR CHINESE VISA IN THE CHINESE EMBASSY IN NIGERIA.
PLEASE I WANT YOU TO KNOW THAT WE EXPACT THE MACHINES TO WORK AT FULL CAPACITY JUST LIKE YOU HAVE WRITTEN IN YOUR SPECIFICATION.
AND WE ALSO REQUEST FOR 1 YEAR GUERANTEESHIP, WHISH OUR ENGINEERS WILL SIGN WHEN THERE ARE IN YOUR COMPANY.
AND WE BELIEVE THAT SOME BODY IN YOUR COMPANY CAN SPEAK ENGLISH FLUIENTLY. OR IF NOTM WE WILL NEED AN INTERPRETER.

is my pleasure sending you this mail, we have receive your machines and the specifications, including the price. our engineering department have evaluated the technicalities of the machines and they fit to what we need in our company right now.
and we have also send the specifications of the machines to our governmenmt standard organisation responsible for products standard.
we all agreed that we will have to send 3 of our engineers to your company to isnpect and test the machines. after that they will pay for it.
so our company board of directors have collectedly decided that to facilitate the business and inspecting visit of the engineers. your company will have to go to your government department of foreign affairs and get invitation approval for the three engineers.
as we will need the invitation to apply for chinese visa in the chinese embassy in nigeria.
please i want you to know that we expact the machines to work at full capacity just like you have written in your specification.
and we also request for 1 year gueranteeship, whish our engineers will sign when there are in your company.
and we believe that some body in your company can speak english fluiently. or if notm we will need an interpreter.
