这是老板要求要翻译的，请各位大虾们帮一下忙。谢谢啊~~乙方所出货物甲方必须严格,认真地核实验收.着乙方有错漏,甲方应在三天内提出异议,其间乙证词有责任对所出货物进行更正,但概不承担一切因错漏引起的相关损失。
下面是我自己的翻译，看看准不准。
The cargo made by second party should be verifyed and accepted strictly and carefully by first party.
The first party should
present an objection within 3days when finding there is error and omission of goods.
During the verifying,the second party have responsibility to correct the goods, but shall not bear the related loss caused by the error and omission.

(suggest you to use factory code to stand for first party or second party.
翻译：
甲方 must inspect and accept the products by 乙方 carefully and strictly， 甲方should present objection within 3 days when there are error
or omission. And 乙方 have responsibiltiy to revise the products, but no need of take the risk of the related losses.
