我的俄罗斯客人打了6个样,因为种种原因,最后一个样机推迟了5天(其它的5个样机,上个星期四已经寄出了),今天才好,我想写封邮件给他解释并要求他转快递费用过来,因为公司生意好,老板不愿意承担任何费用,虽然这个客人不是很大,但我想尽全力,做好每一个客人。前辈看看我的邮件,语气委婉嘛?帮我改改吧!

have you checked the EMS? The express said you will get the samples this week.
I am sorry about delay the CS-7, we just make sure the speaker's quality. The die of old version couldn't use anymore and the new version took us too much time to test and we just got a big order from US market.
If you need the sample ugent, please remit the delivery cost $30 by Paypal. I know it make you feel not convenient. But now we have a very good business and we really spend a lot of time on qulity control, that's why the customer are trust us now.

写的好像有些繁琐。你们生意好不好也不用说吧。我不知道你是把推迟的样机 寄了还是没寄。就当是寄了。 还有客户是否付样品快递费应该是打样之前就确定的吧。
I have send you the sample by EMS and they said you can received it this week. Here is the EMS number for you to trace.
I am sorry for delay of CS-7, the new version manufacture took us longer time than ever. But we assure you that the quality is reliable.

一共是在款样机。5款已经交付了,但客人还没收到。还有这一款,今天才好,公司的原因比较多造成的。
打了第三次样了,前面两次都是品质问题,不能送样的。
好事多磨啊。

接了美国的大定单和你们公司生意很好没必要和客人说,多余的,删掉吧。
If you need the sample ugent,和I know it make you feel not convenient. 这个也没有必要说,你就说让客人尽早安排款过来,以便你们尽早寄出样品,祝合作愉快之类的话就可以了。
