Just a reminder that your goods have been kept in our warehouse for quite a long time, it would cause rotten spot and bite mark by mice and insects.

#2 写得语气轻松随意，没站在客户的立场看问题。just a reminder(只是提醒下)与后面提到的严重后果rotten spot and bite mark形成强烈的反差，显示出毫不在乎的超然态度。rotten是腐烂的意思，与原文的“变坏”不符。
这样的写法也能引起那么多人喝彩，外贸人的英语以及服务态度都令人堪忧。
It comes to our attention that我们注意到, one batch of your goods has stayed in our wearhouse for a long time. We ask for an immediate delivery for it, as we are concerned 我们担心that long-time placement would do it harm and draw rats and insects to damage.
