你的这个解释，如果我是客人，我还是觉得很难接受呢.
因为你说人手不够所以样板没及时完成，那又怎么可能保证得了大货可以准时交货呢？
也许你可以找一些不可抗力的因素来解释，如果你不想失去客人的话。
但关键在于你要怎么让客人觉得你有能力准时交货。

楼主说得有道理，我个人也认为人工不稳不是个好的理由。
可以说原辅材料到厂晚了，样品复杂做不出来等等，这样客人比较容易接受。
